Despite the frigid temperatures (+3 F) and 3 ½ inches of snow, nearly 3000 fire & EMS personnel were in attendance for 19th annual Wisconsin Emergency Services – Working Together Conference in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.Chief Sendelbach proudly represented the fire service presenting four (4) programs including an 8-hour pre-conference session on Rapid Intervention Operations.In addition to his pre-conference session, Chief Sendelbach also presented programs on Company Officer Development, high-Impact, High-Energy Training, and Empowering Recruits for Organization Change.
