This high-energy, high Impact address will not only motivate incumbent firefighters, but also provide them with five steps on how to achieve success throughout their careers including: the three P's of prevention, protection and professionalism, how to develop respect, the need to be inquisitive about the job, the role of dedication, determination, and passion, and finally the importance of exercise and education for career longevity and forward progression.
